As you probably know, I do not believe in ghostwriting.
In fact, here at Jacobs & Whitehall, we believe that it is beneath the dignity of attorneys — and that respected professionals, like you, should avoid it.
Why?
Because of one word: INTEGRITY.
Call me old-fashioned — but I believe that, as an attorney-at-law and a member of the bar, anything you put out to the world under your own name should be your own words, thoughts, and ideas. Leave the ghostwriting to politicians and Z-list celebrities who don’t share such scruples.
That said, let’s also get real about something:
As a solo attorney who runs his or her own practice, your time is a scarce, and extremely valuable, resource. When you’re not advising clients, fighting their cases in court, and helping them get on with their lives, you’re building your practice and doing things that help you attract new potentials.
That doesn’t leave much time for long-term goals, like writing a book.
A lot of our authors tell us they dreamed, for years, about “someday” authoring a book and getting it published. As strange as this might sound to anyone else (but probably not to you), this goal was so important to them, they never managed to find the time to actually get it done properly.
So, they just kind of… gave up on it.
Maybe you can relate to this.
Do you have a book trapped inside your head — a book that you know will not only help people like your best clients, when they are in desperate need of answers, but will also attract more of the cases you want?
And if I were to tell you, there’s a way for you to work with us and finally get your book authored, published, and marketed — and all it requires from you is just 2-3 hours of your time — would you want to learn more?
Because this is exactly what our Speak-a-Book service is about.
We use structured interviews to get your words, thoughts, and ideas down on paper as a rough draft. This part of the process takes about 2 hours.
Then, an entire team of our staff works like dogs for the next 30 days, carefully transforming your rough draft into a finished, polished book — one that remains your own words, and that you can proudly put your name on.
Finally, after you have given us the final approval, we publish your book on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble, and make it available on your website.
That’s the Speak-a-Book service.
As far as I know, there is NOTHING like this in the world — no service, except from ghostwriting, that can make you a published author in a few hours.
