Using A Vocational Expert To Document TDIU In Veteran’s Cases

Working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Expert for more than 50 years, I have recently been contacted by many severely injured veterans seeking Total Disability Individual Unemployability benefits. In March 2023, the Bureau of Labor Statistics indicates that Gulf War Era veterans with service connected disabilities have a 3.4% unemployment rate. These severe service-connected emotional and/or physical disabilities have shattered the lives of the many men and women who have dedicated their lives to protect our country.

This book is written to help the disabled veterans seeking disability benefits, improve the quality of their lives, and to help them understand how a Vocational Expert can assist them in obtaining the veteran’s TDIU benefits they qualify for based on their service to our country.
