This book will give you an insight into how to handle a personal injury case. It will give you useful information about why you should give your lawyer complete information about all the prior medical treatment and prior worker’s comp claims, prior accidents and any prior lawsuits, because the defense is going to say that the injuries are not from this particular accident, but that they came from something in the past. It will give you thorough information about the tactics used by the defense to avoid paying claims on the ground that the property damage is not significant. It gives you the knowledge of how to preserve all the physical evidence from the scene, photographs of the scene, and photographs of all the vehicles involved.
