    4. Six Months of Printed Newsletters – Print and send one of these each month to every
      media contact, referral partner, potentials, and past client to nurture your relationship and

    3. Content Syndication (to Third-Party Platforms)
      We will syndicate your new content articles and blog posts out to up to 6 other legal
      platforms and Q&A websites each month (for a total of 36 platforms), in order to raise your
      firm’s profile and attract potential clients from other places besides Google.
  • Option #3: Audiobook and Podcast Series (the May bonus package)

    We will convert your published book into a spoken audio book (which we publish again on the
    platforms listed below), repurpose it into a podcast series (and publish those too), and then provide
    you with logos/badges and links for adding to your website (for elevating your authority).

    Deliverables (you’ll receive these with your new book):

    • Audio version of your book — spoken by a professional voice actor, and published on
      Audible and as CDs for you to mail out.
    • Podcast series of ~18-25 episodes — published on Google Play and the Apple iTunes
      Store (included: logos/links for your website).
  • Option #4: Lead Generation Funnel (the Fourth of July package)

    When your book is finished, you’re going to want to get it in front of as many ideal potentials as you
    can – so you can start converting them into signed-up clients. Right? After your final book has been
    approved, we will create a full lead-generation funnel for you. You will also get all the creatives you
    need to start promoting and advertising your book to qualified potentials.

    Deliverables (you’ll receive these with your new book):

    1. Landing Page ($1,000 value) – This will be a special, stand-alone page on your firm’s
      website (e.g. www.schmoelaw.com/free-book) that prospects visit to request a free copy of
      your book. They will see a picture of the book, preview bullets that tease them about what
      is inside, testimonials from your clients, and your professional bio and photo. They are then
      invited to enter their contact details in order to get a free copy of your book.
    2. Consultation Page ($1,000 value) – Based on our experience, a small percentage of
      potentials who request your book will be “hot” leads. In other words, they will be ready to
      speak with you about their case immediately. So, on the thank you page that they see after
      entering their contact details, we will invite them to schedule an in-office consult with you
      there and then. And those potentials who aren’t ready? This page will plant a seed in their
      head, which will grow as they read through your book.
    3. Follow-up emails ($1,500 value) – After potentials enter their contact details and request
      their free book, you will definitely be leaving money on the table if you don’t send them
      follow-up emails. We will write for you a full sequence of automated emails that get sent out
      to new leads – to confirm their address, make sure they received the physical book, offer a
      digital PDF version, communicate the most important ideas and content from your book,
      and keep inviting them to schedule a consultation with you.
    4. Facebook ads ($300 value) – You’ll also get copy and images for two Facebook ads, so
      you can promote your new book on Facebook right away. When potentials click the ad,
      they will be taken to the landing page (see above).
    5. Google ads ($300 value) – Likewise, you will also receive two Google ads, allowing you to
      tap into a potential second stream of motivated potentials.
    6. Avvo and other directory copy ($200 value) – You can copy and paste these lines of text
      into your Avvo profile and your other online directory profiles. When your ideal client is
      browsing through lists of local attorneys, this text will capture their attention and speak out
      to them in a way that other attorneys’ profiles just don’t – giving you an advantage.

This deposit is to protect our consultants’ time. The only circumstances in which you won’t get this $200 back is if, even
after agreeing on a mutually convenient date and time, you fail to show up for the Strategy Session without giving our
consultant enough notice or making reasonable effort to reschedule – which is entirely fair, right?
