In this book, John B. Palley has explained the court side of the probate process in detail to help people better navigate the system. There are other books on probate but it's his feeling they talk too much about the forms and not enough about the actual process.
As a person who has taught classes on probate and estate planning law at UC Davis Extension, NBI and McQuillan, John thinks he is well versed to write a book to help educate people on the whole process. He asks people to be his students and also tells them not to worry because there won’t be any test at the end!
